Bastara is a goddess of vigilance, guidance, and hidden knowledge.
She is both protector and seeker, watching over those who wander — through deserts, seas, and uncharted lands. Her gaze is said to see not only the physical path but the moral and spiritual one as well.
Though merciful, she demands attentiveness; ignorance is the greatest offense against her, for the world itself is a map of signs, and those who fail to read them risk straying into peril.
Bastara embodies duality: the gentle guardian who shelters travelers, and the fierce predator who defends her kin.
She is clever, observant, and endlessly curious, delighting in cunning and resourcefulness. To her faithful, wisdom is movement — the act of seeing clearly and choosing well.
